Hello! I'm a Colorado native and speak fluent Spanish. I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 2018.
I absolutely love what I do and it's rewarding helping people reach their wellness goals. I utilize a variety of techniques including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical/Sports massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage and Scalp massage, as well as Aromatherapy, Reflexology and a dash of pure energy transference.
I make sure to regularly check with my clients for the correct pressure desired during their sessions, and give them take home tips to help prevent and alleviate any further pain or discomfort.
